When EMS have the specified machinery requirements from the customer they will be shown/demonstrated an actual or similar machine along with a quotation advising the model and list of all standard accessories, also individual prices on any extra’s if required, price of machine and also a payment & delivery schedule.
EMS engineers do all installations, this includes commissioning of machines.
EMS will provide full support to every machine sold whilst under guarantee & thereafter when required.
All training is included in our sales contract.
Once EMS is advised of the type of issue’s/breakdown and we ascertain the correct action whether it be mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or electronics the correct engineer will be sent onsite to fix the breakdowns.
